Doctor Jeffrey Foreman graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. He continued his education at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating in 1981. Following the completion of his degree he opened his own clinic in the Fort Dodge area. Dr. Jeffrey has provided superior service for over 40 years.

Paul A. Foreman

Doctor Paul Foreman was born and raised in Fort Dodge. After graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1984, he practiced in Chicago for over 30 years. Dr. Paul Foreman moved back to Fort Dodge in the Fall of 2018 to enjoy the smaller town atmosphere and practice optometry with his brother Jeff.
